Edit video footage using video editing software to create a polished and compelling final product. Familiarity with other software tools (like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Audition, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator).

A creative mind with a keen interest in the creation and consumption of social media content.

Receptive to feedback and constructive criticism, always suggesting alternate solutions or offering clear breakdowns of provided materials.

Plan, shoot, and edit video content for a variety of projects, including events, commercials, production line, seasonal occasion, and promotional videos.

Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the overall quality of the video.

Perform post-production tasks, such as colors correction, audio editing and adding graphics / animations which develop video concepts, storyboards, scripts, and capture / edit footage to produce engaging and visually appealing videos that meet project objectives.

Handles and organizes raw and edited video files, which will manage video production schedules for ensuring timely delivery of projects.

Explores different versions and directions of videos and photos with deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles eg Inserting dialog, sound effects, music, graphics, special effects and adding computer graphics, closed captioning and special effects to footage
Identify opportunities for user-generated content and collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility.

Develop and execute creative and engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Website.

Able to run Google Ads / Facebook Ads is a bonus – with knowledge of high crowd timing to increase the engagement towards the ads.

Responsible for producing copywriting for ads on all social media platforms and website.

Must be highly organized, independent, and able to handle scheduled deadlines as well as ad-hoc tasks.
Supervisor
Duties:
- Create employee schedules, assign duties, and monitor performance to ensure efficient operations and optimal customer service.
- Verify and monitor the outlet’s staff attendance relates to monthly payroll purposes
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses
- Handle maintenance issue for the outlet, report to management
- Recruit new worker, train and guide for the SOP at outlet in handling foods
- Monitor and records petty cash transaction for the outlet
- Bank in cash sales every day at nearest bank
- Stock count every week and liaise with purchasing department
- Manage promotion and seasonal sales KPI
- Ensures compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines which includes cleanliness of the outlets
- Monitor and control daily order to minimize wasted items
Baker
Duties:
- Management and control of supplies and inventory stock levels.
- Keeping records relating to inventory, and production levels and wastage.
- Producing baked products include cake, bread, croissant & danish, loaf and others.
- Designing the products flavor profile.
- Developing recipes.
- Sifting and weighing flour.
- Preparing well every ingredients before baking.
- Testing ingredients and ensure that quality of all products are maintained at all times during the production.
- Baking regular bakery items according to established bakery standards.
- Ensuring that the display refrigerators are fully stocked with cakes, pastries, and desserts every day.
Shop Assistant
Duties:
- Greeting customers.
- Processing cash transaction.
- Taking orders.
- Answering phone.
- Collecting payments.
- Preparing products into packaging and arrange them on the shelves.
- Refilling products.
- Providing answers to queries presented by customers regarding products information and available offers.
- Taking notes on the expired date of all products.
- Cleaning the store.
Factory Worker
Duties:
- Carry out duties as per standard of procedure (SOP) of the allocate department (Bread/Cake)
- Working in standardise time frame to match with daily orders quantity
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of working area/working table.
- Fast learner to adapt the working environment which will constantly changed
- Have a good personalities and attitude to work in team with others colleagues.
Internship
Duties:
- You may submit your background in bakery and we will discuss what is suitable based on your background
- We accept internship for any kind of courses (bakery line) and we will prepare letter and report for you on your performance.
